Ending week 5 and travel

Hi!

So, it is family weekend at my daughter's university. This means we are not home. Fear not, my friends. The amazing Aubrey gave me a workout to complete and I have done so. On a side note: bought a new pair of jeans yesterday. Down a size. Yay, me!

Before the workout I opted for the stairs.

I completed the workout. 




Then I decided to take the elevator back up to the 3rd floor.


Ha! Back up the stairs to the 3rd floor.

And the workout continues!

Week Four


****Update: So I weighed in and the results wer not great. I stayed the same in body fat percentage, but gained a pound. Ugh. So hard to not be discouraged. However, Amazing Aubrey is modifying my food again so we will see what happens. Not quitting. And I do feel better, regardless of what the scale shows.
